Bee Birch…Believe, Begin, Become

Welcome!

Eckhart Tolle says, “Be at least as interested in what goes on inside you as what happens outside. If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place.” Bee Birch Yoga Therapy is a place to start exploring the inside. For me, questions like: “How can I get more enjoyment out of what I’m already doing?”, “Isn’t there more to life than crossing things off my To Do list?”, “How can I be more available and open-hearted to the people I care about?”, and “How can I take better care of myself?” cause me to pause on a regular basis. When the gift of Yoga appeared many years ago, I began to realize that this inner journey was a necessity, not a luxury…that developing practices and habits to explore these questions makes my life richer and creates ripple effects out into my professional and personal relationships. I invite you to spend some time exploring my offerings. Each one is created from the heart and with the intention to offer you opportunities to find connection, balance, perspective, and personal insight.

A definition of Yoga
